Rare Chord power amp. The 1200B is one generation before the current "C" suffix model. The 1200E is the "Enhanced" version. The 1200B can be upgraded to the "C" version but not the "E" version.

Rated at 260W at 8ohms, stablility - unconditional (i.e stable at all loads). 2 pairs of switchable speaker terminals.

Well suited for electrostatics and planars or speakers with low impedance.

Condition 8/10 - Minor scratches and a chip on the piano gloss side cheeks.
