Coaxial cable. Empty Coaxial cable.

Post by piol511 Tue Sep 13, 2022 6:52 pm

Hello. Would like to know whether making a custom solderless loose coaxial cable is better or get ready made ones? Cause looking for a 5metre length. Need some thoughts or inputs about it. Sorry, my knowledge on hifi is barely 1%.

Coaxial cable. Empty Re: Coaxial cable.

Hi, what is the purpose of this coaxial cable? Is it from your audio source to DAC? Normally we do not run coaxial cable for longer than 2 meters to avoid noise interference. If you really need to run 5 meters, balance XLR coaxial cable is a better choice.
